ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be written in English and submitted by July 15, 2025, to scientificcommitteebioinc@gmail.com, indicating the preferred presentation format—oral or poster. In the subject line of the email, please include the author's last name, etc., in the title. Authors will be notified of the Organization's decision after July 21, 2025. Students may apply for the Admiral Paulo Moreira Award.
Abstract format:
1. Page setup: A4 portrait.
2. Font: Cambria, 12pt, black, single-spaced.
3. Margins:
Top: 2.5 cm
Internal: 3.5 cm
Left: 3.5 cm
Right: 2.5 cm
4. Abstract title: centered, in uppercase and bold.
5. Authors in bold (include full list), double-spaced after the title.
6. Next line in italics: Institution and correspondence addresses.
7. The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research, the main results and the main conclusions.
8. Financial support, if any.

Pitch
The Pitch is a 2-minute, time-limited oral presentation designed to support the Poster Session presentations. It's a great way to get early feedback on your research and, for students participating in the Admiral Paulo Moreira Award, a great way to make a good impression on the committee and improve their understanding of your research. The pitch is mandatory for poster presenters and will be scheduled before the Poster Session. One slide should be prepared showcasing the poster, or a maximum of two slides summarizing the main results described in the poster will be accepted.
